Client Engagement Manager - £70,000 Job Description:

My client, a world leading global bank and wealth manager, has approximately 60 million customers worldwide and has a footprint in over 150 countries worldwide. They provide customers, businesses and financial institutions a wide range of banking and credit services, ranging from mass market to niche propositions. The Digital Experience team sits within the overall Digital Marketing Function of the Bank and oversees the full customer journey from on boarding, through to engagement and this role is critical to the bank's improvements in customer value propositions.

The Client Engagement Manager will have touch points with all parts of the business as the bank adopts a "Customer First Approach" to their Banking. The role holder will be responsible for designing and developing strategies for:

  • All Customer Growth Plans, Mechanisms and Tool kits

  • Drive consistent growth and loyalty throughout the customer portfolio

  • Drive engagement through digital, on-boarding, life-cycle management of the customer.

  • Drive the banks customer value proposition

  • Increasing the Bank's Net Promotor Score (NPS)

    My client is looking for a candidate of the following experience:

  • Deep experience in the Retail Banking or wealth management domain

  • Excellent experience in the areas of Customer Experience, journey mapping and project management

  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, analytical skills

  • Demonstrable track record of leading projects successfully and delivering change

  • Strong experience in the CX & Digital Domain
