Programme Manager - Wealth Management IT - Zurich Job Description:

For one of our Clients, a leading International financial services institution we are searching for a Senior Programme Manager to engage and deliver on a fantastic new Wealth Management Platform Renewal Programme.

This Renewal Programme involves the coordination of multiple streams across various locations where the Programme Manager will be responsible for managing all interdependencies between these and presenting the reports directly to C-Level Stakeholders.

Programme Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver the Wealth Management Platform Renewal Programme

  • Lead and support the Project Managers of the five streams including Core Platform Renovation, Core Banking Platform and Portfolio Management System:

  • Prepare and participate in periodical Steering Committee meetings

  • Setup and maintain Programme reporting

  • Maintain relationship with:

  • Internal key business representatives

  • External providers

    Programme Manager Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of excellent hands on Programme Management experience

  • Proven track record of delivering large Programmes within International Financial Services Companies

  • Willing and able to commute regularly between Zurich and London

  • Good understanding of:

  • Wealth Management business and operations

  • Wealth Management IT

  • Core Banking and Portfolio Management systems

  • Excellent communication skills (in English):

  • On C-level

  • On Programme/project level

  • Good knowledge of agile methodology

  • Problem solver, comfortable taking the initiative in challenging and ambiguous circumstances
