The role:

We are hiring the Senior Manager Integrated Growth Marketing - Display + Social Channels, to drive growth for the business in the UK. As part of the Global Marketing Operations (GMO) team and reporting into the Director of Integrated Growth Marketing, we expect the role to act as a senior go-to person across the broader UK teams and to interact with the local leadership teams on a regular basis.

You coordinate and support high impact Marketing Campaigns across a portfolio of different Online Marketing Channels and are a true Business Partner to the UK Marketing team, ensuring highest possible performance of supported campaigns.

The IGM team is driven, inventive, fun, eager and heavily interacts across all team members in San Jose, Sydney, Prague, Zürich, London and Berlin, making a very international and vibrant work environment.

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager, with a growth mindset that enjoys working as part of an international team, inspiring others to continuously gain efficiencies within our operating processes and having an eye for detail. You will have a passion for leading teams to constantly improve and find new opportunities for growth - both customer growth and team member growth.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the local Marketing team, to continue building a solid business partnership across Operational teams and the Markets' Business Unit and Marketing teams.

  • Focus on defining and delivering integrated, cross-channel Marketing campaigns, driving business objectives and growth through ongoing Marketing Campaign Performance optimization.

  • Make most efficient use of available support capacity within the Delivery teams and state of the art technology.

  • Drive cross-channel strategy and deliver tactical plans for customer facing marketing campaigns across social and display channels.

  • Develop targeted product offerings or marketing campaigns based on different customer profiles.

  • Ongoing communication of campaign progress and optimization to wider team to manage business expectations

  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders and external agencies (media, creative and channel experts) to ensure marketing campaigns deliver against agreed objectives, timelines and budget.

  • Partner with the Operational Excellence & Strategic Performance teams in the Market, to maximize Return on Effort. This could take many forms, including increasing efficiency through automation or improving processes and ensuring your team members are working on initiatives that drive most growth.

  • Prepare and deliver post-campaign analysis and performance reports, including recommendations for future activity.

  • Ability to translate a strategic vision, to day-to-day tactical operations across a broad spectrum of operational campaign support.

  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and Marketing campaign performance/Operational efficiency metrics, with continuous drive to optimize a cross-channel campaign portfolio, with the focus to maximize impact on business across all Markets.

  • A demonstrated execution mindset and a record of success leading and holding people accountable for their work.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational leadership skills required


  • 6+ years of online consumer marketing experience with a leading e-commerce company or in a consumer internet environment.

  • Deep understanding of eCommerce winning techniques and strong experience deploying 1:1 Marketing campaigns across various channels, to grow customers and sales.

  • Proven track record of translating Strategy into execution, taking a project from idea to full implementation in a large complex organization. Expert level experience integrating emerging trends into strategies

  • Passion for helping to define and deploying the latest state of the art marketing technology, to increase customer impact, operational efficiency and return on investment.

  • Deep channel expertise in paid social, particularly Facebook and Instagram advertising ecosystem.

  • Knowledge of Display Channel Industry Standards, best practices, and key industry metrics.

  • Experience working with external agencies (media, creative).

  • Technical know-how of ad serving, pricing models, media buying principles and ad tracking.

  • Ability to articulate vision and purpose for the initiatives and programs as it relates to long-term goals and objectives.

  • Very strong analytical skills and eye for business in a complex data environment; ability to make the data speak volumes about program performance, trends and areas of opportunity

  • Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, be a highly-motivated self-starter, flourish on a multi-cultural team

  • Must be confident and comfortable presenting to an executive audience.

  • Global agency or client-side experience working in retail, e-commerce highly preferred

  • Strong partnership skills; able to broker mutually beneficial outcomes with partners internally and externally.

  • Flexibility in responding to changing priorities.

  • MBA preferred but not necessary
