Client Experience - Change Management - 75k + package

My client is a leading Tier 1 international bank, with more than a 150-year history in some of the world's most dynamic markets. They have a strong footprint across Asia, Africa and the Middle East, operating in 62 markets and employing over 86,000 staff.

This opportunity is for a Change Management professional with a good blend of Business Analysis and Project Management experience. The successful candidate will join the Global Client Experience team and work directly with their Corporate Clients and internal business stakeholders to think of innovative solutions to improve the overall engagement and experience.

The position is a solutions-oriented role and the ideal candidate will have experience in Data Analytics, Investment Banking and Client Services.

If you are interested in applying you require the below experience:

  • Must have worked in a Client Facing role, ideally with Corporates and/or Investors

  • 5+ years plus experience in Investment Banking (product knowledge of FX and Derivatives preferable)

  • A strong blend of Business Analysis and Project Management experience

  • Experience in Data Analytics, ideally will be competent with Tableau

  • An innovative person who takes initiative and drives change

  • Solutions orientated

  • A team player who can be flexible and collaborative

  • Excellent stakeholder management - must have dealt with Senior Stakeholders from both an internal and external perspective
