Job Description:


In this role you will be responsible for the general administration duties in support of the Claims and Customer Operations Team. Processing and logging incoming requests for Claims. Preparation of reports required for the Customer Operations Team and general administration duties adherence to processes.
•Processing return requests
•Processing and logging customer claims
•Making sure the information submitted is complete in order for the Claims Team to process.
•General administration duties with customer ops team.
•Directing calls to CS where further information is required.
•General update to customers on initial status of claim.
•Cover Leave for the Customer Operations Administrator including as example
oAssign visitor pass
oReport H & S issues
oSupplier order update monitoring
Candidates will have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:
Experience within a customer operations/administration function
•Able to use Microsoft package including excel, Word & powerpoint.
•Expert in delivery of best-in-class customer experience.
•Proven ability to maintain react and think quickly to fast moving fluid situations.
•Confidant communicator able to build strong working relationships with the
•distribution function and external supply partners
•Demonstrate meticulous levels of attention to detail.
•Strong team ethic with the ability the work autonomously.
